For this project, I developed an Operational Communication plan and portfolio for a mock partnership event between Santee Cooper and ReWa.
Objectives → Drive the operational plan with measurable objectives:
- Build community involvement/educate the public:
- How to save resources to reduce water/electricity costs for their own benefit
- How ReWa and Santee Cooper treat water
- How to “be green”
- Improve current customer satisfaction
- Develop sponsor/partner interest for ReWa & Santee Cooper
Communication Goal → Promote environmental sustainability in the SC community by hosting an entertaining, educational, and interactive outdoor event for customers and residents to attend.
Disclaimer: This project was completed prior to my internship with Santee Cooper, and while it helped me learn more about the brand, I can look back after my time there and see how much my awareness of the company’s brand has grown.
